SLIMER dibentuk oleh Budi Ridwin Nasution di Jakarta pada tahun 1992 karena sudah muak memainkan musik2 Heavy Metal dan Speed Metal bersama band2 angkatan di atasnya, kata SLIMER sendiri terinspirasi dari sebuah serial kartun “Ghostbuster”

Pada awalnya SLIMER meng-cover lagu-lagu dari group Megadeth, dalam era ini SLIMER berformasikan :

- Budi Ridwin Nasution : Vocal + Guitar

- Monty Telehala : Guitar

- Henry Edward. M : Bass + Backing Vocal

- Darwin M Nasution: Drums

Setelah menjalani gigs demi gigs di dalam dan di luar Jakarta, serta masa-masa vakum SLIMER di tahun 1995 akibat kejenuhan, pada awal tahun 2010 terjadi perubahan formasi di posisi Drums, Darwin keluar dari band karena kontribusi yang diberikan terhadap SLIMER dirasa kurang maksimal maka direkrut Denny (Drums).

Formasi ini sendiri tidak bertahan lama, hanya sekitar 3(tiga) bulan berselang Monty Telehala (Guitar) serta Henry Edward . M (Bass + Backing Vocal) mengundurkan diri dari SLIMER dikarenakan kesibukan masing-masing yang mengganggu kontribusi serta existensi SLIMER ke depannya.

Kemudian direkrut Stephanus Ino (Bass + Backing Vocal) dan Pory (Vocals)

Dengan formasi terakhir ini SLIMER di bulan Oktober 2010 merelease 2(dua) lagu yang dijadikan single dengan judul : “Hiperbola” dan “Obsesi Posesif”

Seiring berjalannya waktu, pada Januari 2011 Denny mengundurkan diri dari Slimer, disusul mundurnya Ino pada Maret 2011 karena merasa tidak siap dengan konsep dan langkah Slimer untuk ke depan, kemudian posisi Denny digantikan oleh Andi Joe ( Acil ), serta posisi Ino digantikan oleh Bobby Faisal yang dianggap paling siap untuk semua konsep dan step2 ke depannya.

Dan pada awal Oktober 2011 Slimer harus mengganti lagi posisi Drummer dan Bassist, dikarenakan kesibukan Acil untuk kegiatan lain di luar Slimer yang lebih menyita waktu, serta dengan meninggalnya Bobby "The Genius One" Faisal pada awal Oktober 2011.

Orkes PHB Berdiri pada tahun 1996 tepatnya tanggal 26 Oktober Tahun 1996 di sebuah kampus Sekolah Tinggi Seni Rupa di Bandung..yakni STISI.. awalnya grup PHB ini bernama Doa Ibu Tersayang Kepada Anaknya Tercinta Semoga Selamat Sampai Tujuan.. mengapa tiba2 terbentuk grup Seperti ini??.. Awalnya adalah ketika itu 1 kelas program Studi Desain Grafis angkatan 95 berembuk dan membuat sebuah team Sepak Bola yang bernama Graphic Design Soccer.. beratus ratus pertandingan dilewati dengan kekalahan..sekali pun menang mereka menang WO.. setelah mereka gantung sepatu karena kecewa,akhirnya disepakati untuk membuat sebuah grup band sekalian untuk mengisi acara OSPEK JURUSAN Desain Grafis.. ketika itu mereka bingung untuk menentukan jenis Musik yang akan dibawakan, maklum skill bermusik mereka jauh dibawah skil dalam mendesign dan menggambar..

PHB - Mari Berjoget

Band asli Pekanbaru ini dikibarkan pada 05 Oktober 2006, band ini mempunyai karakteristik berbeda dalam bermusik. Mereka mengusung Aliran Brit Rockdalam pada single hits mereka. Band ini dipiloti lima personel yaitu, Abbot(Vokal)Nino(Bassis)Coky(Drummer)Api(Gitar)Boby(Gitar) ini berhasil membuktikan kepada kancah musik nasional bahwa band asal Riau khususnya Pekanbaru patut diperhitungkan.

Dengan keseriusan dalam bermusik, mereka berhasil mewakili dan mengharumkan nama Riau dan Pekanbaru pada festival indiefest yang ditaja salah satu perusahaan rokok ternama ditanah air. Nama band ini diambil dari sebuah imajinasi tentang perjalanan liburan disuatu penerbangan. Intinya membawa pesan moral bahwa hidup gak harus monoton(itu-itu aja).

Perjalanan Air Hostess for Vacation di L.A.lights Indifest 2007 diawali dari pembuatan demo lagu yang diberi judul A Call To, sebuah lagu yang direkam pada April 2007.Lagu ini mengangkat tema sebuah perjalan liburan disebuah penerbangan, lirik-lirik lagu ini banyak memuat pesan moral. Aliran musik Band asli Pekanbaru dipengaruhi oleh British Rock/Pop hingga band-band alternative ala Amerika.

Setelah merampungkan demo, Band ini mulai mengikuti tahap seleksi CD Collecting di

ajang bergengsi L.A.lights Indiefest 2007. Sedikitnya 1870 band se-Indonesia mengikuti

proses CD Collecting yang akan disaring menjadi 200 band di 4 wilayah regional

yaitu 50 band regional Jakarta, 50 band Jogja, 50 band Bandung dan 50 band di Surabaya untuk mengikuti tahap semifinal yang diadakan pada (9-17/07), dimana 10 band dari tiap

regional akan mengikuti tahap final.

“Di tahap CD Collecting sendiri band ini berhasil lolos ke semifinal di peringkat 17 dan menjadikan Air Hostess for Vacation wakil Riau dari Pekanbaru bersama tiga band lainnya asal sumatera” Ungkap Aboot.

Band asal Pekanbaru asal ini juga berhasil menyingkirkan 40 band regional Jakarta dan meraih peringkat pertama di Splash cafe , Kemang-Jakarta pada (16-17/6). Selain itu singel hits mereka juga telah diputar di 40 negara di Eropa, Asia dan Australia dan menjadikan AHFV beserta 39 band lainnya se-Indonesia finalis diajang L.A. lights Indiefest 2007 yang diadakan pada tanggal (7-8/9) kemarin di kafe tenda Semanggi-Bandung. Dimana akan dipilih 10 band yang akan masuk dalam album kompilasi ajang ini.

Air Hostess For Vacation - A Call To (live)

Vision Eyes is an Indonesian metalcore based from Jakarta. Founded in late of 1999 by vocalist Herza Nugraha after he resigned from his hardcore band " Fury Fist ", lead guitarist Rudy, rhythm guitarist Jaya, bassist Teguh, and drummer Danny. The title of the band was taken by their favourite metal / hardcore band that time, which are " Vision Of Disorder " and " Eyelid ".

At the Beginning, Vision Eyes was a simple hardcore band at their very basic foundation but during early 2001, they had success to fuse between Hardcore energy with post modern Metal altogether in their music soon after that became their true Identity in the scene and began expand their strenght across the country.

In the year of 2003, while their recorded their first E.P. album “ Tears Red Blood “, all the band member decided to left the band and had no interest for the band’s future except Herza that still stood strong and began to recruit a new member, which are bassist Derry, lead guitarist Widya, rhythm guitar Abi, and drummer Anggara but replaced by Aldi in late of 2005.

“ Tears Red Blood “ E.P. that released on 2004 was the beginning of their groundbreaking success in their country that straight brought them in the middle countless concert, show, and tours also strengthened their very honest reputation as a band, who’s success fused hardcore and metal.

In 2007, Vision Eyes started recording a new album “ Shattered Heaven “, but in the process, again, one by one member of Vision Eyes had left the band due their professional work, personal reason and study reason. Without compromise, Herza began to write “ Shattered Heaven “ album all alone by himself, he’s compose the music material, played guitar, bass, drums, vocals, engineer, and mixed also mastering all alone to get recording finished in given times. Soon after recording session is finished, he started to recruit drummer Darwin, bassist Bagoes, lead guitarist Donni, and rhythm guitarist Furkan.

“ At the first, I was very not sure to this album material because it is sound more personal than as a band but this is something I must do to keep this band’s existence than put in it risk. I don’t care if people or everyone said this is a bad idea maybe this is just a bad idea “ Herza’s comment before “ Shattered Heaven ‘ released. But in reality talked different, “ Shattered Heaven “ that released on March 16, 2008 under Evolve Music, Produced by Herza, was finally opened the door to made Vision Eyes became an Indonesian Metal – Core groundbreakers act and the album was in very high expectations too. Although in this album was more furious and more metallic than the predecessor, but honestly show very high transformation into finest Metal – Core act which is put a post modern metal, destructive blows with sense of heaviness yet melodic.

The success of “ Shattered Heaven “ was taking them to their own promo tour, Hardrenaline Tour, Moshpit Mayhem Tour, and Stereoloud Killer Tour across many cities in Indonesia as a first class headliners of all time up until now and began to expanded Vision Eyes name in South East Asia region like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Manilla.

Initially seen as a fuse of As I Lay Dying, Killswitch Engage, Hatebreed, and Caliban by the critics of media and the people, Vision Eyes didn’t jump on the metal-core bandwagon recently but stay humble to rather led the path and way representing that genre also prove Vision Eyes very existences at home and internationally.

On 2009, Vision Eyes back to their routine in the studio to recording a new album “ The Glorious Evolution “ with a new changing member as lead guitarist Reza replaced Furkan and rhythm guitarist Rendy replaced Donni. Although, many band was infected and affected by a massive trend of deathcore or deathmetal in the times but Vision Eyes stand strong, stay true, and stay more pure in their honest commitment to led a path as a Metal – Core band than had to follow a trend. They gave an answer in “ The Glorious Evolution “ released on Oct 30, 2010, Produced by Herza, the album was totally shows what Vision Eyes truly are, shows their high potential and quality without exception to keep faith and believe in their own path. “ The Glorious Evolution “ are a big evolve and a maturity of their musical baseness that took Vision Eyes to the high level of existences without losing direction, identity, trademark and forget their roots of what they’d started since their declare Vision Eyes name back in 1999. The Panasdalam Band adalah sebuah band, meskipun kami lebih suka menyebutnya The Panasdalam Bank, karena kerasa lebih banyak uangnya. Dan kenyataannya uang kami ternyata lebuh banyak lagi!.

Di sihir menjadi band oleh Imam Besar The Panasdalam Serikat pada tahun 2005 supaya menjadi band resmi negara republik The Panasdalam Serikat, yang bisa di utus untuk manggung bersama band band lainnya yang ada di muka bumi ini, dengan tujuan mendapatkan Konsumsi yang di sediakan oleh panitia acara!

Personilnya terdiri dari orang orang yang masih hidup, di antaranya Erwin sebagai Vocal yang rumahnya di pinggiran kota dan sering banjir dan suka pakai topi koboi, Nawa sebagai gitaris yang matanya tipis banyak teman wanitanya tapi sedikit pacarnya, Roy sebagai Drumer yang durhaka pada orang tuanya dan masih tinggal di rumah pohon di kawasan Hutan lindung negara tetangga, lalu ada Alga sebagai Vocalis pembantu yang gemar sekali membantu erwin selagi banjir lewat doa2 nya, Ada Nandang sebagai Bassis yang akan melahirkan,lalu ada Budi Soleh yang terkenal di Laswi dan terakhir managernya adalah Budi M yang biasa kami panggil Budi...

Seandainya setiap grup musik punya tujuan membangkitkan musik Indonesia, maka tujuan dari The Panasdalam adalah dengan media musik kami bermaksud menunjukan kelemahan kami dalam bermusik. Agar orang2 yang merasa lemah skill musiknya akan menjadi punya teman.

Smau gue itu bahasa jakarta, bahasa Spanyolnya kami tidak tau, tapi dengan cara itu kami jadi enak dan tentram, bebas dan tidak merasa ditawan oleh siapapun. Apakah orang suka atau tidak dengan lagu dan penampilan kami itu jelas urusan mereka, mereka harus bertanggung jawab kenapa mereka suka dan kenapa tidak.

jangan lagi hal semacam itu menjadi beban untuk kami pikirkan. Masih ada hal penting untuk kami urus, yaitu bagai mana mencari cara agar istri dan pacar kami mau kasih izin kami untuk manggung dan latihan.

Apabila ada orang yang tertawa dengan syair kami dan penampilan kami tapi sebenarnya kami tidak melawak, apalagi jelas kami sangat menghindar dari terjerumus menjadi badut yang di tertawakan orang seperti monyet pergi ke pasar.

Mereka tertawa sebenarnya karena mereka menertawakan diri sendiri yang mungkin merasa tersindir oleh kandungan dari syair2 lagu kami.

Demikianlah sedikit hal tentang The Panasdalam Band, Kalo tidak berkenan sebenarnya masih bisa dipaksakan untuk berubah jadi berkenan agar dunia tetap dipenuhi kebijaksanaan !!!

Penggalan syair atau lirik di atas merupakan anthem dari Negara yang memproklamirkan kemerdekaannya pada tanggal 18 agustus 1995 di sebuah studio seni lukis, lantai dua Fakultas Seni Rupa dan Desain – Institut Teknologi Bandung (FSRD – ITB). Negara ini dipimpin oleh imam beser mereka, seorang haji yang pada waktu itu mungkin masih menyembah api dan semut tetapi sekarang tidak. Pimpinan mereka adalah haji mabrur yang sampai sekarang masih membaca kitab Wedha, Thaurat, Injil, dan buku–buku lain, serta tentunya kitab suci Al-Qur’an.

Haji mabrur itu bernama Pidi Baiq. Belakangan ada kabar bahwa gelar Haji yang melekat pada nama beliau tidak lain adalah nama marga. Dialah yang pada waktu itu berdiri diatas meja persegi empat dan membacakan teks proklamasi. Negara yang memang segitulah luas wilayahnya, tetapi penuh dengan ruh sukacita didalamnya. Negara yang bila susah maka semua susah, negara yang bila senang, semua sama merasakannya. Negara ini memang satu-satunya di dunia. Kepala negaranya hafal semua nama penduduknya.

Negara Kesatuan Republik The Panasdalam yang mengaku ingin berak sejak 1995. Namun pada tahun 1999 Republik The Panasdalam bergabung lagi ke Negara Indonesia dan mengubah namanya menjadi Daerah Istimewa The Panasdalam. Perubahan yang terakhir terjadi pada tahun 2007, namun ternyata berubah lagi menjadi The Panasdalam Kingdom, “Kingdom of have fun”, hingga sekarang.

The Panasdalam Kingdom pada awal terbentuknya adalah bentuk protes dan kekecewaan sekelompok mahasiswa terhadap pemerintah, yaitu pemerintahan Orde Baru pada saat itu. Ketika memproklamirkan Negaranya, Pidi baiq mengatakan bahwa, “Mencintai sebuah negara yang bukan lagi menjadi milik bangsanya, tetapi sudah menjadi milik sebuah keluarga di Jakarta, adalah mencintai siapa yang menjadi pemiliknya. Dan apabila kita membencinya, ini celaka maka kita akan dengan begitu mudah dianggap sudah membenci siapa pemiliknya, lalu ditangkap, lalu kena skorsing.”

GETAH was formed in 1996, in Jakarta, Indonesia, over the ashes of Commotion Resources and Java Burn. Getah is one of the pioneers in the Indonesian crossover metal/goth/alternative rock scene. The early incarnation of Getah was heavily influenced by the likes of Jane's Addiction, Testament, Jimi Hendrix, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Motley Crue.

After several line-up changes and few demos, the band managed to score a major label records deal with Warner Music Indonesia. The self-titled debut album was recorded in Jakarta and mixed + mastered in San Francisco, USA. It was released in 1997 with lack of proper promotional efforts from the label. Simply put, GETAH at the time was an underground band on a major label with underground/indie treatment.

The band, with Jodie Gondokusumo on vocals, Marcel Marcive on bass and backing vocals, Beoy Feisal on guitars and Tyo Nugros (replacing Reeve who left for USA right before the album was released) did several shows and had their first music video aired for the song "Api".

As the first Indonesian band who supported the Goth-Industrial look, Getah became famous in the underground circuit thanks to its on stage antics and fashion statement. The band's wild life style also became increasingly notorious among fellow musicians and fans. Alcohol and drugs abuse that spiraled out of control halted the band's progression and left the fans guessing on the band's ability to survive without killing each other. While still managed to write more materials and did some gigs here there, Getah was slowly entering the limbo.

Then came their first tragedy, Beoy Feisal, their eccentric and brilliant guitarist passed away in late 1998 while visiting a Halloween party in the city of Jogjakarta by himself. His death shocked the band and their friends. The band's additional keyboards player, Peter St. John, was bestowed the honor to fill in as Getah's lead guitarist. Shortly thereafter, Tyo Nugros, the drummer, left to join a famous pop-rock outfit Dewa 19.

With several additional drummers taking turns in handling the duty, Getah managed to record and release a 2-song EP "Green Wine" & "Missing" on cassette in 2001. Limitedly printed and circulated, the EP became a must-have for music collectors in Indonesia. Also in the same year, the song "Closing Chapter" was chosen as a soundtrack for the movie "Gerbang 13". During this period, Adra Karim, a dedicated jazz keyboardist, was recruited and forced to swear allegiance to Getah.

As if serving as a premonition, the song "Closing Chapter" became the last song Jodie Gondokusumo, ever released with Getah. He passed away in 2002 after a long drawn-out battle with his health problems. The band was never more devastated. All friends and many fans attended Jodie's funeral to pay a tribute to him. The rest of the band took a break to mourn and reflect.

With nobody to front the band, Marcel Marcive played double duty as the bassist and the new singer. A new permanent drummer, Agung Cakra Menggala, joined Getah and brought his own unique blues-influenced style to the band. Getah did several shows in Jogja, Bogor and Jakarta. The boys cleaned up their act. Sobriety is the new way of life for good.

In late 2005, a long time friend of the band, Oddie Octaviadi (frontman and singer of an Industrial metal band, Sic Mynded), went home to Indonesia after spending half of his life in the US. When a local promoter proposed Oddie to do a show in Indonesia with Sic Mynded, he instead offered the gig to Getah.

After a laughters-filled jamming session one night, it was decided mutually that Oddie will front Getah for that one show. The gig fell through but, the bond between Getah and their new singer was created strongly. It was the beginning of Getah's resurrection. The rebirth. The eventual enlightenment through tragedies.

After doing several warm-up shows, the buzz started. Getah reborn. The Indonesian version of the Rolling Stone magazine was first to bring up the story. A three quarter-page length article tells a story of Getah to the old and new generations of Indonesian music lovers.

The band scrambled to restructure their management and musicianship as a gig after another fell onto their laps. Oddie, Marcel, Peter, & Agung started to write new materials, re-write old materials, record them and rehearse regularly at Peter's SoundX studio in Pondok Indah, Jakarta.

The new album is entitled "Release is Peace" was released in June 2008 through a local indie label, OFF THE RECORDS / BRAVO MUSIC. A small label that is dedicated to releasing materials deemed "unpopular or non-Top-40". With a new home and a full support from the label's owner, GETAH decided (against the trend of giving away songs for free or Internet download-only) to release the album in an old-school box set version cd with a bunch of extras thrown in to please the fans. It was 10 years in the making and it contains 11 songs that chronicle Getah's movement. "Release is Peace" pays tribute to Getah's friends/fans old and new. It is both an obituary of those who have passed away as well as a joyous celebration of those who are still living. Shortly after the release, Richard Mutter (ex-PAS band and a legendary drummer) joined GETAH, replacing Agung, bringing years of his drumming experiences.

The album received raving reviews from many print and electronic media. Indonesian Rolling Stone magazine voted "Release is Peace" to be one of the 10 most important albums of 2008. This award compliments Rolling Stone's decision earlier that year to name GETAH's debut album from 1997 to be one of the "150 Best Indonesian Albums of All Time". The first single "Release is Peace" received a lot of airplays on local radios. Three music videos have been produced. Merchandises are currently sold out due to demands from all over Indonesia. "Release is Peace" album has also been made available for purchase through Apple iTunes and it is currently available in 22 countries. The first 1,000 copies of the box set edition of the album sold out within 2 months of its release. For a band who has survived the change of seasons and managed to maintain its non-mainstream attitude, GETAH is excitedly marching forward toward an even bigger success, recognition and many years of writing more music.

 Getah - Parasit Hati

The band formed in 2004 to play in blues bars in Jakarta. They have played in jazz clubs and festivals.^[1] They were influenced by Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Betty Davis, and Led Zeppelin.^[2] Initially, the name of the band was The Blues Bug, which was later changed to Blue Hand Gang, and eventually Gugun Blues Shelter. They changed the band's name because a Greek band had already used the name Blues Bug for ten years.^[3]

At the end of 2004, they released their first independent album, Get the Bug.^[1] The featured musicians on the album were Gugun, Jono and Iskandar.^[4]

In early 2007, they released their second album, Turn It On, on Sinjitos Records.^[1] The album was voted as one of the best Indonesian albums of 2007 by Rolling Stone Indonesia.^[5] It was also voted the number one blues album of the year, with Gugun voted as the best blues guitarist in Southeast Asia, in 2007 by MTV Trax Magazine.^[1]

Bowie joined the band in 2007^[1] (or 2008^[4]), replacing Iskandar on drums.

In 2010, they independently released a self-titled album as a replacement for their Set My Soul on Fire album, which failed due to conflict with their labels.^[4][6]

In 2011, Gugun Blues Shelter were chosen by a jury online votes from fans to win the Hard Rock Café’s Global Battle Of The Bands competition, celebrating Hard Rock Café’s 40th anniversary.^[7] They are scheduled to perform on Sunday, 26 June 2011 at Hyde Park, alongside Bon Jovi, Rod Stewart and The Killers.^[8][9]

Noxa was formed mid March 2002 by Oxen (drums) and Ade (Guitar). we decided to play Straight Forward old school GrindCore with socio-political, love & hate story, humanity lyrics, etc. from the first we started to cover Nasum (Swe) songs from inhale-exhale album, and of course some of old Napalm Death (UK) songs.

Four of us was Degree from Sahid University in Jakarta-Indonesia. Graduated from the same University.  Know each other almost 10 years and always jamming & sessions in some local gigs around the years. Oxen & Ade decided to make a band, the oxen call Tonny (vox) and Dipa (Bass) to joined the band.

Oxen, offered to all member to call this quartet NOXA, it means ” All things who can be killed and dangerous for your health, body, even your life if you consume it over from the dose” after all the band members agree to use it, so we used NOXA till Now.

After played in some local gigs we wrote our own songs and decided to record our debut album. November 2002, we enter DE Studio Jakarta, Indonesia. Recorded 18 songs with 1 minutes or more durations per songs. We really love to did it. August 22nd 2003, we released our 1st album self title under NOXA RECORDS with our own label. Make this album with our own money, all band members share some money to make this record / album happened. We are so proud & happy when the album done. Early 2004, we recorded our 2nd album, and we recorded @DE Studio for drums tracked only. And recorded guitars, bass, vox tracked at Coliseum Studio Jakarta. Cipta Gunawan Moehammad our 1st engineer & Jorghi Soebagio 2nd engineer helped us for this recording session. Mixed & mastered for the 2nd album at Stonedeaf Studio, New York City – USA. With our best friend Gunawan, he helped us to make this album done for all recording stuff. this album contains 31 songs, 46 minutes. Cool design by Tonny Tandun from T’s Toy Company. This album called “Grind Viruses” Robin Oxen made the title for the album.

May 2006, NOXA got offered to play in Fuck The Commerce X Metal Festival 2006 at Luckau in Germany. But it’s so sad that we can’t play there because we didn’t get any artist visa to go there.

October 1st 2006, We release our 2nd album title “Grind Viruses ” under NOXA RECORDS. 1,000 copies only!!! We tried to mix & improve our music with D-beat style, hope that D-beat Grindcore music has become a mass messages, mass music, mass virus to make the world even, level, and equal in the music industry.

June 28th 2008, NOXA palyed at TUSKA OPEN AIR METAL FESTIVAL, HELSINKI- FINLAND. The event from 27-29 June 2008.
